Great Northern Casino is located at the edge of Grande Prairie, just west of the Bear Creek Reservoir and the Grande Prairie Regional College. The casino can easily be accessed from Highway 43.

Great Northern’s poker room is one of the best of its kind in Alberta. The room is open every day of the week, and it features several tables where players can play No-Limit Texas Hold’em or Dealer’s Choice games.

Entertainment

The Platinum Lounge is more than just a restaurant, as it also has a stage occupied by various musicians and comedians almost every night. Live music events are held every weekend, while the Kokanee Comedy Night is organized every Wednesday.
