Cascades Casino Kamloops history
Cascades Casino Kamloops was previously known as the Lake City Casino in Kamloops. It was closed, and the business was relocated from Kamloops Lake to the Cascades Casino’s current location. The casino was officially opened in 2015, and the rebranding and relocation saw new additions to the venue, such as the poker room, Match Eatery & Public House, Atlas Steak + Fish, and The Buffet restaurants, and overall bigger casino space.
The casino has had a successful run so far, except for the 2018 strike of the casino’s employees and their respective unions. The strike was quickly ended, following an agreement reached between the casino’s management and workers.
Cascades Casino is one of the biggest casino chains in Canada.
