Canadian Tanner Boser will return to the octagon on Saturday, Nov. 7 for a fight with Andrei Arlovski as part of the lineup for UFC Fight Night 182. This will be a heavyweight match on the main card, which is headlined by Thiago Santos vs. Glover Teixeira, at the UFC’s APEX facility in Las Vegas.

The 29-year-old Boser was born and raised in Bonnyville, Alberta, Canada, and Arlovski is originally from Belarus and is fighting at age 41.

Boser checks in at 265 pounds, standing at 6-foot-2 and will enter with a 19-6-1 overall record, while Arlovski is at 240 at 6-foot-3 heading into the fight with a 29-19 record. Arlovski has the reach advantage 77 inches to 75.5 inches, in addition to an advantage in leg reach – 44 inches to 43 inches.

Nicknamed “The Bulldozer,” Boser has consecutive victories over Philipe Lins and Raphael Pessoa via KO/TKO, and he is 3-1 in his last four fights since arriving at the UFC level. His latest victory came against Pessoa in the second round on July 25.

On the other side, Arlovski is coming off a unanimous decision victory as he also defeated Lins on May 13 in his last fight in Jacksonville.

The preliminary card is set to begin at 7 p.m. ET, while the main card is expected to get started at 10 p.m. ET.
