Ten games are on the Major League Soccer slate for Saturday, Oct. 24. All three Canadian MLS teams are in action with the regular season ending in a few weeks.

New York City FC vs. Montreal Impact
The Montreal Impact will take on New York City FC on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET. at Yankee Stadium. Montreal comes in with 23 points and a 7-10-2 overall record, trailing New York City FC, which has 27 points this season with a record of 8-8-3.
Montreal is coming off a 2-1 victory over Inter Miami CF in Harrison, New Jersey on Saturday, Oct. 17 to snap a two-game losing streak against Philadelphia Union and New England Revolution. In the victory, Maximiliano Urruti scored his fifth goal of the season to put team over the top. Romell Quioto This was Montreal’s second victory in its last nine games with a 2-6-1 overall record in that span.
This will be the first matchup of the season between the Montreal Impact and New York City FC.
Earlier this week, the Montreal Impact announced winger Lassi Lappalainen will have shoulder surgery and is going to miss the rest of the season. He suffered the injury in Montreal’s 2-1 victory over Columbus Crew SC on Oct. 7.

Philadelphia Union vs. Toronto FC
Toronto FC will host Philadelphia Union on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET in Subaru Park in Chester, Pennsylvania. Toronto remains on top of the Eastern Conference standings with a total of 41 points and a 12-2-5 overall record. On the other side, Philadelphia Union is in second place in the conference with 38 points this season with a record of 11-3-5. In the last time these two teams played, Toronto finished with a 2-1 victory on Oct. 3.
Toronto is coming off a 1-0 victory over Atlanta United FC on Sunday, Oct. 18. In the victory over Atlanta, Pablo Piatti scored his fourth goal of the season to earn the victory in the 89th minute. Toronto FC has not lost since a 3-2 defeat to the Vancouver Whitecaps. Toronto is 7-0-2 in its last nine games.
Michael Bradley returned to the field for Toronto FC after missing the past nine games with a right MCL strain. Jonathan Osorio left with some leg tightness and was just a “precautionary sub” according to head coach Greg Vanney.

Vancouver Whitecaps vs. San Jose Earthquakes
The Vancouver Whitecaps will head on the road to take on the San Jose Earthquakes at 10 p.m. ET. Vancouver has 21 points for eighth place in the Western Conference with a record of 7-12-0, while San Jose is 6-7-6 and has 24 total points and is placed seventh in the Western Conference. These two teams last faced each other on Wednesday, Oct. 7 in a 3-0 victory for San Jose.
