Canadian online slot fans have something new on the horizon.
Yggdrasil Gaming is making its Canadian debut after a recent deal with International Game Technology (IGT).
The leading software supplier signed a multi-year content distribution deal with IGT. The agreement gives IGT exclusive access to a selection of Yggdrasil slots for distribution to US and Canadian casinos.
For Yggdrasil, it’s a big deal. The agreement marks its entry into the North American market.
Yggdrasil games to complement IGT
As it stands, Yggdrasil is live with operators in 17 licensed jurisdictions, including the UK, Malta, Isle of Man and Sweden. Now, the supplier is aiming for a presence in North America through IGT’s PlayCasino.

Elmqvist is thrilled to team up with IGT with exclusive territorial distribution rights for select Yggdrasil games.

IGT is optimistic Yggdrasil’s first game will be live on PlayCasino next month.

What Canadian players can expect
