An online gambling tech leader is teaming up with a familiar supplier to bring multiplayer slot games to Ontario.
BeyondPlay and Play’n GO recently formed a partnership that will soon deliver the new slots to Ontario online casinos. The deal, which became official Oct. 4, sees Play’n GO’s complete game portfolio mesh with BeyondPlay’s proprietary multiplayer-enabled software to deliver a product not previously available to operators in the province.
As a result, the following games from Play’n GO’s catalogue are on their way to Ontario:
- Scroll of Seth
- Rascal Riches
- Ternion
- Highway Legends
- Slashimi
- Wild Bandolier
What are mutliplayer slots games?
Multiplayer slot games allow multiple players to join in with spins. The goal is to try to boost each other’s wins.
The multiplayer action is triggered when one player scores a bonus round. Otherwise, the games act like regular, single-player slot machines.

Companies express shared excitement over alliance
Compliments certainly weren’t in short supply following Wednesday afternoon’s announcement.
Johan Törnqvist, CEO and co-founder of Swedish-based Play’n GO praised the work of both sides in a company statement:

The sentiment was reciprocated by Karolina Pelc, BeyondPlay’s Founder and CEO, in the same release.

Play’n GO also offers its slot games in Michigan, New Jersey, and West Virginia. However, its gaming options have been in Ontario the longest.
Gaming options continue to grow in Ontario
Play’n GO’s multiplayer slot feature is the most recent game to enter Ontario, but only by a few weeks.
In mid-to-late September, Caesars Online Casino Canada introduced a new slingo game specifically designed for the Caesars brand by UK-based gaming developer, Gaming Realms.
Caesars Palace Slingo, which combines elements of Canadian online slots and bingo into one, is also only available in a limited number of gaming jurisdictions.
