Casino de Mont-Tremblant

Casino de Mont-Tremblant is an upscale gambling establishment nestled on the Versant Soleil side of the Laurentian Mountains, one of the most majestic mountain ranges in all of Québec.

Once you are done sliding down the slopes on your skis or taking a long walk across the mountain trails, you can head over to Casino de Mont-Tremblant, where you can take part in casino gambling over three floors.

The facility is home to over 500 slot machines from leading software developers, 16 casino game tables, electronic table games and even a poker room with some Texas Hold’em action. All these games are spread across more than 20,000 square feet of space.

Along with gambling, Casino de Mont-Tremblant boasts a sophisticated Altitude Restaurant, two private lounges and two bars. All of them provide extra entertainment.

The casino at Casino de Mont-Tremblant

Mont-Tremblant is a famous ski resort in the Laurentian Mountains, but its image as a casino centre is on the rise. Many players from Montréal and Ottawa visit frequently because of its location, as it is within a 150-kilometre radius of both.

The casino is also close to Mont-Tremblant International Airport, located at Rivière-Rouge. The free shuttle service between the airport and casino is available on a predetermined schedule. Finally, you can reach the casino by using the gondolas, which offer the best vistas.

Once you find yourself on the casino floor, you will see a distinct assortment of games across more than 20,000 square feet. You will find plenty of slot machines followed by various blackjack, roulette and baccarat games. You can also visit the poker room, which offers Texas Hold’em play.

The casino is no stranger to promotions, but the offerings can be rather slim. Currently, the only active promotion bonus package is the Casino Priviléges, where you can earn points while playing and exchange them for perks.

Slot machines

Slot machines are the most popular games at Casino de Mont-Tremblant. They are also the most numerous. In fact, there are over 500 slot machine titles from A-list content providers, such as IGT, SG, Bally and WMS. The games feature a variety of themes based on popular TV series, music and pop stars. The machines are equipped with comfortable chairs and visual and audio effects. Here are some of the most popular titles:

The slots have a wide betting range that starts at $0.01 and goes up to $5 or more. This makes them a viable choice for all types of players. However, as a rule of thumb, the most appealing types of games are the ones with the biggest payout potential, and Casino de Mont-Tremblant’s Powerbucks progressive jackpot linked with both the Powerbucks and Powerhits slot games has a minimum payout of $1 million.

Table games

The collection of electronic table games and the ones played against real dealers helps Casino de Mont-Tremblant have one of the most diverse casino lobbies in the province. The blackjack tables are a good option for high rollers, thanks to their minimum bet limit of $50. On the other hand, the minimum bet at a roulette table is $5, which allows casual players to get in on the action, as well.

Baccarat is also a popular table game at the casino. Apart from the standard banker and player bets, you can also try placing a variety of other specialty bets that can spice things up. Here are some of the hottest games on the casino floor:

  • EZ Baccarat
  • Roulette

For every dollar you spend on slots, keno and table games, you receive one Privilèges Point, and you can trade in 300 Privilèges Points for $1 in free play. The more you play, the faster you can amass the points necessary to climb to the next level of the program and claim more generous rewards.

Here’s the entire bonus tier list and the number of points you need:

  • Priviléges — 0 to 1,599 points
  • Priviléges Plus — 1,600 to 34,999 points

Casino de Mont-Tremblant poker room

The poker room at the Rez-de-Sentier level of the casino is available on Fridays and Saturdays, from 7 p.m. onward. It hosts various cash games and tournaments. There is a total of four Texas Hold’em poker tables with minimum $1/$2 bets.

The pot size can grow rapidly on a busy night of poker. Thanks to the bad beat progressive jackpot that rewards players who have lost despite having a full house of three aces and two jacks or better, even a loss can lead to a memorable night.
