bet365 Alberta is officially live in the province’s regulated online gambling market. This gives players access to one of the world’s largest online betting platforms.

The launch marks bet365’s entry into its second regulated Canadian market after Ontario. The operator brings sportsbook, online casino and signature betting features to Alberta players.

Alberta residents aged 19 and older can create an account and access the bet365 site. The platform includes live betting, competitive odds, a full online casino, and several of bet365’s signature promotions.

“Canada is a key market for bet365, and cementing our brand’s presence in Alberta marks another milestone in our long-term commitment to Canadian sports fans,”

Trip Stoddard, Head of Development at bet365, said.

Building on its Ontario success

bet365 entered Ontario in April 2022. The province launched its competitive, regulated online gambling market that same month. Since then, it has established itself as one of the better-known sportsbook and online casino brands available to Ontario players.

The move expands bet365’s Canadian presence beyond Ontario. The expansion reflects the company’s continued growth across North America.

bet365’s arrival also adds another established international brand to Alberta’s opening-day lineup. The market is expected to feature more than 45 regulated operators.

What bet365 offers Alberta players

bet365 offers betting across more than 96 sports. That range covers everything from major North American leagues to international competitions and niche events. According to the operator, customers can also watch over a million live-streamed sporting events annually through the platform.

Among its best-known sportsbook features is the Early Payout Offer. It settles eligible pre-game wagers as winners when a team establishes a qualifying lead, even if the final result later changes.

Sports betting and an online casino are available through a single account and wallet. The casino features online slots, blackjack, roulette, and live dealer games. This setup allows players to switch between the two without creating separate accounts.

The casino will also feature exclusive titles, including Money Plane, Piggy Prizes Coins O’ Plenty Xtreme Bet Buy Bonus, and 25 Red Hot 7 Clover Link, among others.

New Alberta customers will also have access to bet365’s Open Account Offer. Eligible players receive $150 in bonus bets after placing a $10 qualifying wager.

Key features coming to Alberta

Another feature launching in Alberta is bet365’s Sub On Play On promotion.

It is currently available on eligible soccer player prop markets, including anytime goalscorer, assists, and player shots. When a player is substituted before a market settles, the offer automatically transfers the qualifying player-prop wager to the replacement. This keeps the bet active instead of voiding it.

According to bet365, the promotion generated approximately $40 million in payouts worldwide during the first 10 days of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. That makes it one of the operator’s most prominent recent sportsbook features.

CFL Partnership grows with Alberta launch

bet365’s Alberta launch also strengthens its relationship with the Canadian Football League

The company is now an Official Sports Betting and Online Casino Partner of the CFL in both Ontario and Alberta. The partnership includes broadcast integrations, digital content, and fan-facing experiences throughout the season. It expands bet365’s presence across Canada’s two regulated online gambling markets.

The expanded agreement comes ahead of the 113th Grey Cup. The championship game will be played in Calgary on Nov. 15. Hosting the league’s championship game gives Alberta an additional spotlight. The moment coincides with bet365’s launch in the province’s regulated market.

Responsible gambling remains a focus

Alberta players will have access to a range of responsible gambling features, including spending and session limits. These can be managed directly through the app.

The company’s Alberta debut also follows bet365’s recent “Winning is Everything” brand campaign. It promotes strategic play alongside responsible gambling messaging.

Thus, bet365 now legally operates in Canada’s two competitive, regulated online gambling markets, including Alberta and Ontario.
