To say Ontario is home to a wide-open online gambling market is an understatement. The total number of Ontario online casino and/or sportsbook operators is the highest of any jurisdiction in North America. The list continues to grow by the week, it seems.
In order to go live in Ontario, operators must first get a license from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. Then, they must sign an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario.
